REFERRAL PROCESS

If you wish to refer someone or to refer yourself or just to get information - the easiest method is to call us at (905) 845-9718 and ask for Jacqueline Lauzon : Program Director; or e-mail jlauzon@cyphalton.org. If Jacqueline is not available someone else will help you.


HOW TO REFER:
Call Jacqueline at (905) 845-9718 and she will answer your questions and assist you through the process.



WHO CAN REFER:
We accept referrals from many sources: Parents, other agencies, schools, the police, medical professionals, youth justice services, the community and self-referrals.
